TRAINEr Profile - Paul Windridge
Paul is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), a member of Institute of Leadership and Management (MinstLM) and an Assessor member of the Institute of Customer Service (AMICS). He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Employment NTO (ENTO) where he is also an Associate Trainer.
Paul's qualifications include B.A. (hons) degree (Further Adult and Higher Education), Certificate in Education and NVQ level 4 in Learning and Development, Human Resource, Management and Key skills.
Paul has extensive experience within the training arena and is currently associated with his local Colleges in the Staffordshire area on a consultancy / lecturer basis. He has worked for a large public sector organisation for over 30 years. During this period he provided training opportunities to all grades of employees to improve public relations and confidence.
Paul's main role is that of trainer, tutor and mentor. He has been responsible for the design, delivery and management of learning and development programmes in large public and private sector organisations. He has been responsible for the implementation and delivery of management and Supervisor programmes. Paul also designed and delivered Tutor and NVQ programmes across a broad range of sectors.
Paul feels that it is important to provide focused training that meets the needs of the individual and organisation. His personal style encourages the participative style of training that allows the delegates to fully involve themselves in the session. Paul will endeavour to ensure that learning is transferred to the workplace and that it adds value in terms of personal or organisational growth.
