FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE IN HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK - RIPH

 

Aimed at persons requiring a basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of health & safety at work and how to apply them in the workplace. Guidance to learning time: 6 to 9 hours dependent upon ability and needs of the candidates.

 
The objectives of the course are:

to enable delegates to define common terms and explain simple concepts of health & safety in the workplace

b)

to allow identification of the causes of the main workplace accidents and injuries and to explain ways of preventing them
