| Jane holds a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a member of HCIMA.
She has held a number of general and HR management roles with well known companies including the position of Store Director for a large Department Store. In this role Jane delivered an in-house commercial awareness course to all managers resulting in increased turnover and trading profit.
She also delivered a customer care training programme raising their mystery shopper score from an average of 64% to a consistent 85%. She has had management positions with companies such as BASF Printing Systems, Gate Gourmet and Penta Hotel (Heathrow). Her experience includes formulating and implementing a company wide competency based appraisal system, 1:1 coaching, devising communication and management development policies to manage change effectively and the implementation of a Total Quality Management System.
Other responsibilities and valuable experience include introducing a Hay management system and performance related pay, development of a management database and succession plan, and the recruitment and selection of supervisory and line management staff using psychometric analysis as part of the selection.
For a period in her career she ran her own company providing a Human Resources advisory service to small businesses.
Jane set up TIPS with a business partner, and now shares the wealth of her expertise and experience with their clients. > previous page |
