Subjects
This entirely practical part of the programme enables delegates, in agreement with their line managers, to study and research a subject that is both relevant to the organisation and interesting to them.
The written work created is likely to become a working document on the subject and should form part of the development of both the organisation and the individual. A subject may be chosen from any source as long as it contains a strong management element.
Whilst the amount written provides no guarantee of the quality, it is unlikely that projects of less than 1,500 words would be able to do justice to the subject.
